One of my favorite fast casual yet healthy places to eat! Lots of options for specific dietary preferences and I could eat their Mother Earth bowl every day. My favorites are their bowls and the red chili glazed sweet potato (and their salads are always fresh and delicious too). Cute atmosphere with an outdoor patio that's great to enjoy when the weather is nice.

Have been here 5 times in the past few months and it is so delicious and consistent. The menu is full of healthy and diverse choices. They always have great specials- the one this week was a turkey Italian salad which was top notch. The food always comes out so fast and the workers are so nice and helpful. The atmosphere also is very bright and lovely. Also- don't sleep on the sangria!

Went here for a quick lunch with my wife and it's now become our favorite quick and healthy places to eat. Service was fast and food was delicious. The price we paid for our food was appropriate for the amount we got. Inside was a nice appeal of modern and greenery. Overall, I highly recommend Flower Child for healthy and quick meals!

I visited on a Wednesday at lunch time, and it was so packed! When it was our turn to order at the counter, the staff members asked us to wait for a little bit for some tables to open up, which I didn't mind! They were very friendly and chatted with us while we waited. They have so many delicious menu options. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to try because everything sounded so good. I wish I could try the whole menu! I ended up getting the Mother Earth bowl with no mushrooms. While I personally don't have any food allergies, I appreciate how they asked if my "no mushrooms" was due to an allergy or preference. My bowl came with ancient grains, sweet potato, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, charred onion, leafy greens, red pepper miso vinaigrette, and hemp seed. I also added chicken for an additional $5.25. Considering the price, the portion was on the smaller side, but I know the ingredients are super fresh and high quality! As someone who is obsessed with pesto, their broccoli pesto seriously hit the spot.

Flower Child is so charming! From the colorful outside decor to the aesthetic detailed touches, it definitely catches the eye. I came for lunch on a Wednesday and it was packed! They asked us to wait a couple of minutes so we'd have a spot to eat. This is super appreciated and I appreciated the structure. Staff made small talk with us while we were waiting and were super personable. We ordered and I got the Mediterranean chicken kabob. Anytime there is anything Mediterranean on a menu I'm all about it. The bowl itself was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and I really loved the yogurt sauce. Ingredients were fresh and prepped well. The portion sizes were a bit smaller than what I was expecting for $16, but the quality of the food is great. I will come back for sure. I have my eye on some of the wraps!

Food here is just outstanding and the good value too! With so many tasty options it was hard to decide but I settled on the Mother Earth bowl and added on the tofu for my protein. It was delish from first to last bite. The colors and textures were blended perfectly. So nice to have this healthy option on the restaurant scene in our city of meat and fried things.

All the rumors are true, this place is amazing and proves healthy and wholesome food doesn't have to taste bad! They are well staffed and even though the restaurant is often crowded, orders are prepared quickly. I had the Mother Earth Bowl and it was delicious but I'm not gonna lie, I had major order envy while watching the food be delivered to people around me who ordered different entrees and wished I had ordered more food, so I made myself a future meal choices list.

Pros: Love the aesthetic of the place Really loved the healthy options available Food tastes amazing Cons: Could I have some more please? My husband's bowl and my entree made up about enough food for one person. We spent $40 and left hungry. Disappointing But it's cute

In my opinion, it really doesn't get much better than this! The food is healthy and delicious. There are great options for people with food allergies, vegan, and vegetarian. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is airy and open and well styled. It made me sad that I don't have one closer to where I live. #Goals! The prices are very affordable for high-quality food, and if you eat at the restaurant, the team comes and cleans off your table afterwards. If the whole tipping thing bothers you no tip is requested or asked for.

Quaint little place in Frontenac. A fast casual place to go to for vegan and gluten free items. A variety of salads, bowls, wraps and proteins as well as some drinks. Indoor seating is small, but there is also seating on the patio with umbrellas for shade on a sunny day. Friendly employees take your order and bring you your food. (Honestly thought this was more of a sit down restaurant). The girl who took my order was patient with all my questions! Food was fresh (however ran out of sweet potatoes which I was looking forward to). Fast service as well didn't wait long for our food. Sangrias were excellent! Nice place to catch up with a a friend with a long conversation. Note, they do have online ordering for a grab and go.
